You also need to provide the following documents:

• Articles of Association/Memorandum of Incorporation;
• Certificate of Good standing from the official company registry of the country the company is based in, not older than 3 months;
• Bank statement stating the company address, not older than 3 months ;
• ID card/passport and proof of address (bank statement or utility bill) for all shareholders with more than 25% ownership;
• Certificate of Incorporation and Articles/Memorandum of Incorporation of all legal entities with 10% or more ownership (if applicable);
• A letter signed by the CEO stating the person(s) authorized to trade on behalf of the company, including each trader's full name, company role, company email, physical address, nationality, ID card (or Passport), and their personal X1 accounts (if applicable). 
• Company AML policy (if applicable);
